Here is another super yummy pumpkin recipe for you. This pumpkin mousse is so easy to make, and ends up being so light and fluffy. I loved the texture and taste of this light dessert so much. It keeps nice for a couple of days in the fridge too!
- 1 package of fat-free, sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup 1% milk
- 15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree
- 3 cups light whipped topping
Mix together the pudding, spices, and milk until slightly thickened.
Add the can of pumpkin, then gently fold in the whipped topping 1/3rd at a time.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings at 3 Weight Watchers Points+ Value per serving.
